# Help on Mouse gastrulation R Notebook

I’m having trouble with the third activity. Anything past chunk 2 won’t run, so when I try to run any chunk with metadata.df in it, it doesn’t work.

Hi @yanethp, I should have fixed the problem. Please try starting from the beginning by saving the fixed R notebook `c-moor_ccc_sp22_mouse_gastrulation.Rmd` again to your own folder.
