**What was your favorite part about doing the research project and why?**

My favorite part about doing this research project was learning how to use phyloseq to create the graphs for my project. I remember really struggling with coding in high school, but the C-MOOR tutorials made learning how to code in phyloseq much more approachable.

**What is an example of a challenge that you had to overcome during this research project?**

During this research project, I was unable to get DESeq2 to work. I kept getting the same error every time I tried to run the differential abundance analysis. However, I was able to troubleshoot the issue and find a workaround using phyloseq’s built in visualization tools that still allowed me to generate graphs that helped answer my research question.
