I have a lot of low quality reads on this dataset. How do I use cutadapt to clean up this dataset?
Based on your FastQC, definitely see if your assembly improves after trimming Read1 (beyond 235?) and Read2 (beyond 160?) for SRR13615827
Try cutadapt which is introduced in this Galaxy tutorial that we did waaaaay back in Week 2
