What was your favorite part about doing the research project and why?
Our favorite part was doing our individual research on our specific gene. We used gene differential to find how the Vang gene related to the midgut.
What is an example of a challenge we had to overcome during this research project?
During our project we had to troubleshoot why our specific files were not working at first. We also had to move through the tutorial before proceeding to the next step to further understand how our gene would come into play with RNA-Seq.
