What was your favorite part about doing the research project and why?
Our favorite part about the project was just experiencing something new. We as a whole have not had much experience with doing RNA sequencing so doing the research and interacting with Flybase and Anvil was exciting. **
What is an example of a challenge that you had to overcome during this research project?**
Our main challenge was navigating R Studio. It was kind of complex to set up and needed very specific input.
