What specific “time frame” are we given in the development of the mouse embryo?

What I really need to know is what stages the data set is started on and cut off at?

Hi Shamoun,

You can find this by using table(colData(sce)$stage)
It will summarize the number of cells from each stage.
It goes from E6.5 to E8.5 where E is the embryonic day. So the number of days since conception in mouse.
